Wink Width (TRMDLD)
Use the Wink Width field to record the Wink timing for connection
between the BV1250-E&M unit and a PBX using the Wink Start
method.
When the Wink Start method is used, the value specified in the Delay
Timing field above, defines the Wink Start detection time. Record the
Wink setting in milliseconds.

In the Maintenance Console Software, the permissible settings are
displayed in the Wink list box. In the OFDD.VHO file, these
parameters are represented by the values 0 to 15 as shown in the
following table.
0>0ms 1>64ms 3>96ms 3>128ms 4>160ms
5>192ms 6>224ms 7>256ms 8>288ms 9>320ms
10>352ms 11>384ms 12>416ms 13>448ms 14>480ms
15>512ms
The default setting is 0 ms.
In the sample network, the Wink Width parameter for all ports is not
used.
DP/DTMF (TRMDLD)
Use the DP/DTMF field to record the dialing method to be used for
the port, e.g. DP = Pulse, DTMF (default) = Tone.
When pulse dialing is used, use the Speed field to record the speed at
which the dialing pulse will be transmitted. The speed is set in pulses
per second (PPS). Select DTMF if Tone Dialing is used.
In the MCS the permissible settings are displayed in the Speed list
box. In the OFDD.VHO file, these parameters are represented by the
values 0, 1, 5, and 6 as shown below.
0 = 10 PPS 33%
1 = 20PPS 33%
5 = 20 PPS 50%,
6 = DTMF
In the sample the DP/DTMF parameter for all ports is recorded with
the default value, DTMF.

The timing method is determined by the requirements of the PBX to which the unit is connected.
