3. At the FTP prompt, type the CD command to return to the BV1250
unit’s root directory.
ftp> cd ..
250 CWD command successful.
4. To access the DNS.DAT file directory type following command at
the FTP prompt and press the Enter key.
ftp> cd ETC
The FTP terminal displays a confirmation of the directory change.
250 CWD command successful.
5. At the FTP prompt, type the GET command and press the Enter key
to retrieve the DNS.DAT file.
ftp> get DNS.DAT
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection
for DNS.DAT (58 bytes).
226 Transfer complete.
ftp: 62 bytes received in 0.00Seconds
62000.00Kbytes/sec.
6. To end the FTP session and return to the Windows DOS prompt,
type the BYE command following command and press the Enter
key.

7. Type EXIT at the C: prompt to end the Windows DOS session.
Configuration File Upload
Use the following procedure to download a DNS.DAT or OFDD.VHO
file to a BV1250 unit using an FTP session in Windows 95.
1. To access the OFDD.VHO file directory type following command
at the FTP prompt and press the Enter key.
ftp> cd VHUB/OFD
250 CWD command successful.
2. At the FTP prompt, type the PUT command and press the Enter key
to write the OFDD.VHO file to the BV1250 unit.
ftp> put OFDD.VHO OFDD.VHO
200 PORT command successful.

for OFDD.VHO.
226 Transfer complete.
