Time Adjust the time setting (24::00 time format) for the selected pattern by
typing or scrolling the two
Time period fields to the desired values.
The first value (left) is the beginning of the Daytime period.
The second value (right) is the end of the Daytime period.
The hours NOT included in the Daytime period represent the
Nighttime period.
In the sample screen, the weekday pattern (1) is configured so that
calls will be forwarded to the Daytime number during the hours 7
a.m. to 5 p.m. For the Saturday and Sunday patterns (2 and 3) calls
will be forwarded to the Nighttime number only.
Click the Clear button to reset the time for the selected pattern to
00:00 to 24:00 (Daytime only).
Daily
Patterns For patterns 4 through 8 only, configure the month and day on which
the time pattern will be applied in the
Daily patterns section of the
folder.
1. Type or scroll the leftmost Select Day field to enter the month on
which the time setting will be applied.
2. Type or scroll the rightmost Select Day field to enter the day on
which the time setting will be applied.
3. Type or scroll the Select Pattern field to enter the Pattern
Number (4 to 8) on to which the Daily pattern is to be applied.
In the sample screen, Christmas day has been configured so that the
Nighttime number will be used.
Click on the Update button to update the Information list in the Daily
pattern section of the folder.
Highlight a pattern in the Daily Pattern list and click the Change
button to change the settings for the selected item, or click the Delete
button to remove the pattern from the list.
