Installing the External Web Server components with JRun and IIS Standard 2.0
To verify your version of DirectX
DirectX is installed as part of Windows 2000. You must have DirectX 9.0b or
later installed on your computer. You must upgrade to DirectX 9.0b (or later) on
computers operating with Windows 2000. Follow the procedure below to ensure
that you have the correct version of DirectX.
1 Log on to the External Web server with your local Administrator user ID.
2 From the Windows Start menu, click Run.
3 In the Open box, type dxdiag.exe .
4 Click OK.
Result: The DirectX Diagnostic Tool window appears.
5 Ensure that the DirectX Version number is 9.0b or later.

ATTENTION
If you are using Apache Tomcat as your servlet engine, you
must install J2SE, and then Apache Tomcat. You must always
install J2SE before you install the other required applications.
