d. Click the plus sign (+) beside My Network.
e. Click the plus sign (+) beside People.
f. From the Edit menu, choose Options.
Result: The Options window appears.
g. Click the Phone option button.
h. In the Phone Calls drop-down box, check to see if any of the lines you
created appear.
Result: If phone lines appear in the drop-down list box under Line, then
TAPI is configured.
3 If no lines appear in the Phone Calls drop-down list box, check your TAPI
configuration.
