Configuring the Spell Checker feature

Introduction

Use the Maintain User Lexicon window to add and delete words specific to the 
multimedia center that you want the spell checker for the Agent Workbook to 
recognize.

The words you add to the Maintain User Lexicon list are also applied as 
additional lexicon to all of the language-specific lexicons supported by 
Symposium Web Center Portal.

Internationalization

For this release of Symposium Web Center Portal, the Agent Interface can 
display international character sets for inbound correspondence from the Web or 
e-mail, as well as for outbound agent-to-customer replies in the form of an 

 

e-mail or general response. Agents can read and write e-mail text and subject 
lines in any supported international language. The agent can also switch between 
viewing HTML and plain text versions of e-mail. The system displays plain text 
by default.
