To add a word to the spell checker
1 From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs

Nortel Networks
➝
Symposium Web Center Portal
➝
Portal Agent Interface
➝
Spell Check
Administration.
Result: The Maintain User Lexicon window appears.
2 In the Enter Word box, type the word you want to add.
Note: The words you add to this list are also applied as additional lexicon to
all of the language-specific lexicons supported by Symposium Web Center
Portal.
3 Click Add word.
Result: The word is added to the list on the window.
To delete a word from the spell checker
1 From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs

Spell Check
Administration.
Result: The Maintain User Lexicon window appears.
2 Highlight the word you want to delete.
3 Click Delete word.
Result: The word is deleted from the list on the window.
