Installing the Symposium Web Center Portal software

The Serial Number box is populated with the serial number of the switch.

Note: 

If the serial number does not appear in the Serial Number box, you 

may have a connectivity issue with the server in Symposium Call Center 
Server. You must verify the network, the name, the version number, and the 
release of the Symposium Call Center Server. For more information, refer 
to your Symposium Call Center Server documentation.

In the Keycode box, type the 16-character keycode.

Click Test Keycode.
