July 2004 Configuring Symposium Web Center Portal for e-mail and telephony integration
1 Log on to the Portal Server using the local Windows Administrator user ID.
2 On the Start menu, click Run.
3 In the Open box, type TCMSETUP /c SERVERNAME , where
SERVERNAME is the name of the server where the TAPI Service Provider
is installed.
Result: The TAPI Administration Setup window appears.
4 Click OK.
5 Restart the computer.
To test the TAPI lines
For more information about TAPI, refer to your TAPI documentation.
1 Assign the Local Administrator a temporary line on the TAPI server.
2 Run the phone dialer on Portal Server.
a. From the Windows Start menu, click Run.
b. In the Open box, type dialer .
Result: The Phone Dialer window appears.
c. Click the plus sign (+) beside Internet Directories.
