Troubleshooting

Standard 2.0

To use the Symposium Web Center Portal Log Configuration window

On the Windows Start menu, click Program 

➝

 Nortel Networks 

➝

 

Symposium Web Center Portal 

➝

 Logging Configurator.

Result: 

The SWCP Log Configuration window appears.

Check the Log File box for the components you want to filter. The default for 
all of the components is off.

Browse to the directory in which you want to store the log.

Click OK.

To open the SWCP Log Configuration utility on an agent’s computer

Browse to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nortel Networks\Symposium 
Web Center Portal (where C: is the drive on which you installed the Portal 
Desktop application).

Double-click the SWCPLogConfiguration file.

Result: 

The SWCP Log Configuration window appears.
