Description:
This function provides all required information to the Web Communications:
conn_id, skillset, userName, and mainURL.
The conn_id will get the value of the transaction_id.
The skillset will get the value of skillset_name.
The userName will get the value of cust_firstname.
The mainURL will get the value of the cookie named _Symposium Web Center
Portal_StartPage.
This function calls /servlet/WebCollab.JoinConnection to open a separate
window without a toolbar to display the Web On Hold pages.
