2 Select a skillset from the Select Skillset list, and then click Apply.
Result: If an auto-acknowledgment is assigned to the skillset, then the
name of the auto-acknowledgement assigned to the skillset appears in the
Assigned Auto-Acknowledgement box.
3 Click View to look at the auto-acknowledgement.
4 Continue with the next procedure to select an application for a new rule or
an auto-reply (optional).
To select an application for a new rule
Selecting an application is an optional element of a rule. Consult with the
administrator of your switch before you choose an application for your rule. A
script is a set of instructions that relates to a particular type of call, caller, or set
of conditions, such as time of day or day of week. If you choose an application
for a rule, the scripts determine how the transaction associated with the rule is
handled. It also affects the Symposium Call Center Server reporting.
1 On the New Rule window, click Application.
Result: The following window appears:
