Troubleshooting

Open the web.xml file in Notepad (the web.xml file is located in the folder in 
which you installed the Sample Customer Interface component). 

Result: 

A window like the one below appears:

Modify the property WEBCOLLABURL in the web.xml file to point to the full 
URL for the WebCollab servlet. You must change the default host name in 
the URL to the host name of your External Web server.

Save your changes.
