On Status indication of Web console, refresh rate of the screen according to the status
change is slow:



Is linkage with NEC DianaScope feature enabled though the NEC DianaScope and
NEC ESMPRO Manager Ver.5 or later are not used?



If DianaScope Support is set to "Enable" but the communication with NEC
DianaScope Manager or NEC ESMPRO Manager Ver.5 or later is disabled, the
processing of EM card may become slow.

If NEC DianaScope and NEC ESMPRO Manager Ver.5 or later are not used, set
DianaScope Support to "Disable".

Status indicator LEDs on the Web console do not flash:



Check if the "Play animations in webpages" option is disabled for Internet Explorer.



LEDs do not flash if "Play animations in webpages" is disabled. Open the
[Internet Options] dialog box, click the [Advanced] tab, and then select the "Play
animations in webpages" check box.



Did you press the <Esc> key?



LEDs might stop flashing if the <Esc> key is pressed while Internet Explorer is
active. In this case, refresh the screen.

Pressing the [Apply] button on Configuration menu of Web console fails to return to the
previous menu:



configuration file (rw_poem.conf) by using the vi command (*), then press the
RESET switch at the front of EM card. In redundant EM card configuration, first
remove the standby EM card, reset the EM card, then install the standby EM card
after the active EM card has been started.

(*) Set CFG_DSG_ENABLE to "0" (Disable), and specify "0.0.0.0" for both

CFG_DSG_IP1 and CFG_DSG_IP2.
