To disable the Blade Enclosure Inter Connect, click the [Open Blade Enclosure Inter Connect
Configuration] button to open the [Blade Enclosure Inter Connect] screen. Clicking [Disable] at the
lower part on the Blade Enclosure Inter Connect screen disables the Blade Enclosure Inter Connect
for all the Blade Enclosures connected.

IMPORTANT:

If you select [Enable] or [Disable] on the Blade

Enclosure Inter Connect screen, then the previous screen (Rack
Information) appears again. However, the Rack Information screen does
not refresh the information automatically. Click the [Reload] button to
display the latest information. However, all the information may not
always be displayed (because it takes some time to collect information
from other Blade Enclosures). If so, wait for a few seconds and click
the [Reload] button.

The Blade Enclosure Power Information shows the power status when rack maximum power
consumption management is performed. It contains the upper limit of input power and allocated
power consumption for the overall racks, and those for each Blade Enclosure. In the "Information"
column, the supported status for rack maximum power consumption management is displayed.

NOTES:



If the rack maximum power consumption management is not
performed, the upper limit for overall input power of the rack is
displayed as "No limit".



In rack maximum power consumption management, the maximum
power consumption in overall racks depends on the number of
healthy Blade Enclosures. Assuming that three Blade Enclosures in
the rack are linked and the Rack Power Limit is specified as 6000 W,
if one of the Blade Enclosures is turned off, the maximum power
consumption allowed for the two active Blade Enclosures is limited
to 4000 W (2/3 of 6000 W).
