NIC Partitioning (*1)
Select whether the NIC Partitioning is used or not.
NIC Partitioning is the feature to use multiple network ports by logically dividing the
network port.

Logical Group Mapping
The boot config can contain settings for the Logical Group Mapping. To provide settings
for the Logical Group Mapping, select [Enable]. The default setting is [Disable].
NOTE:
The features of "Logical Group Mapping" are equivalent to
those of the following switch modules.
GbE Intelligent Switch: "Port Group Mapping" of Smart Panel feature
FC Switch: "F-N Port Mapping" of Access Gateway
feature

1Gb Interlink Expansion Card
Set this item to [Enable] when installing the 1Gb interlink expansion card in slot #3/#4 of
the switch module. You can access this item only when [Logical Group Mapping] is set to
[Enable]. The default setting is [Disable].
NOTE:
When 1Gb interlink expansion card is installed, ports #3 and
#4 of blade (ports #1 and #2 on Mezzanine slot #1) are connected with
slots #1 and #2 of the switch module.

vIO Control
To use the vIO Control, check to "Enable", and specify "Group ID". The Group ID is an
identifier assigned to a set of vIO configuration which contains virtual MAC address,
virtual WWN, virtual UUID, and virtual product serial number for the single server.
The single server represents one CPU blade, or a set of a CPU blade and I/O blade.
By specifying "Group ID", the unique virtual MAC address, virtual WWN, virtual UUID,
and virtual product serial number are assigned to every port of network card and/or FC
card.
To use the vIO Control feature in two or more blades, the "Group-ID" must be unique in
all the blades.
NOTES:

If [Boot Configuration] is set to "Disable" and [vIO Control] is set
to "Enable", the PXE boot is enabled on onboard LAN port 1.
If you have already changed the parameter of PXE boot on BIOS
SETUP menu, specify the [Boot Configuration] to "Enable", and
specify PXE boot appropriately.

EMFW of this version does not support individual setting of vIO
Control feature.
