Edit Bay : The Editor

The Editor

Note: ONLY FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NEW AND NOT FULLY OR PARTIALLY IMPLE-
MENTED (WORKAROUNDS) WILL BE DESCRIBED

Navigation

You can navigate independently

with the Ramses fader/strips navigation.

When

loc -bank

is disabled you will navigate in combination with the Ramses fader strip navigation. The

right-most eight faders will also be the

Edit Tracks

shown on you VCD available for Selection and Editing.

When

loc-bank

is enabled navigation around the

Edit Tracks

is independent of your Ramses.

Note:

Please remember that in order for the Navigation keys on the Edit Bay to work you

must enable

loc-bank

trk-sel

- press and hold to use the jog wheel to navigate through the Edit Tracks

< bank

- each time you depress the VFD shows the previous eight Edit Tracks

> bank

- each time you depress the VFD shows the next eight Edit Tracks

prev

- not yet implemented. Jumps to previous Edit Track layout

Note:

You can also touch a fader on Ramses and the corresponding Edit Track will be

highlighted automatically. Another way of navigating is to use the up and down arrows to
move from one Edit Track to the previous / next.
