Group
button opens and closes the grouping process. Its indicator is lit whilst the mode is
active.
Note:
As of today, you can group
faders
,
mutes
,
solos
and
EQ
. In a future version you
will be able to group
pans
,
Dynamics
and all other plugins. Note that only faders are
"
linked

Fader Grouping
Adding Faders to or creating a new Fader group
•
Press the
Group
button. (
Group
button indicator lights, the target indicator corresponding to the
last selected target lights -
Faders
,
Mutes
or
Others
)
•
Now touch any
Fader
. (If not already,
Faders
are now selected as the grouping target and the
Fad-
ers
indicator is lit in the Meter Bridge).
If the first Fader touched is
not
already in a group, a new group is created consisting of (initially) just this
Fader and
Group + Mode
is automatically initiated (
+
indicator is Lit). Now any Fader or Segment touched
will be added to the group. The group members are updated in real time to indicate all members of the cur-
rent group.
Note:
Once you've created a new group and are adding Faders, touching a Fader that
belongs to another group will remove the Fader from its previous group and add it to the
group currently being modified.
If the first Fader touched is already part of an existing group - that group is now selected. All Meter Bridge
indicators for this group remain on. No Group modification is allowed now until either the
Group
or
Group
+
button is pressed. Any other group can be selected by touching one of it's members. Meter Bridge indica-
tors update to show this group's members.
Removing Faders from a Fader Group
•
Pressing the
Group -
button whilst in
Group mode
will maintain the selection of the current Group,
change from the
+
to the
-
indicator being illuminated and now allow the subtraction of any Fader/
segment touched from the currently selected Group.
