Inquiries about the model name and firmware version of the tester.

Query message:
*IDN?
Response
Returns the model name of the tester to *IDN? in the following manner:
*RST
Initializes the tester (to original factory-set settings). Note that settings in the
INTERFACE screen will not be initialized.
