OVER RESI
If a setting meeting the following equation (a setting exceeding the operation range
) is made, the “READY” indication in the upper right of the LCD changes to
blink “OVER RESI,” informing you that testing cannot be conducted under the cur-
rent conditions.
TOS6200A: Upper reference value (voltage value) / test current value >

TOS6210: Upper reference value (voltage value) / test current value > 0.6

In such a case, set the test current value and upper reference value so that the setting
falls within the operation range . If a resistance value is set to the upper reference
value, OVER RESI check is not made.
4.9.2 Upper Reference Value <= Lower Reference Value
(UP <= LOW)
If a lower reference value more than the upper reference value is set when lower
limit judgment is ON, the “READY” indication in the upper right of the LCD
changes to blink “UP <= LOW,” informing you that testing cannot begin under the
current conditions.
In this case, increase the upper reference value or reduce the lower reference value.
