Erratic reading on pressure
gauge

• Orifice in back of gauge

clogged

• Faulty gauge
• Air leak in suction line

• Solution strainer plugged
• Glycerin leaking from pressure

gauge

• Remove gauge, clean orifice,

reinstall

• Replace gauge
• Inspect and tighten all fittings

in suction line

• Check solution strainer
• Replace gauge

Electric solution valve
