Section 7-5 - Troubleshooting Guide

No Ultrasound Image

Switch ON the system.

Confirm the system boots up to the

echoloader Image screen

Check and Confirm the probe is

recognized. Check and confirm the

probe is not defective. Also, check

and confirm if Image is obtained

on second probe port.

Enter 'Service Diagnostics' from

'Utility' screen.

Enter login id and password.

Run 'All' board Tests

Is Defective

identified?

Replace the identified
defective board
( CON/ TxRx)

Check and confirm about presence

of HV 'symptom' on Image near

field.

Also check error and event logs for

the HV voltages

Is HV symptom

available?

Check and Replace the
HV board

Confirm all boards including Digital
Interface board are properly connected.
If issue persists, replace TxRx and MST
boards
