Before contacting Service, prepare the following information to send with your

inquiry:

Diagnostic downloads using the procedures provided in

“Receiving

Serial Data (Customer Port Output)”

on page 3-1 or using

AMS100 software from SpectraSensors.

When capturing this data, please include the following information to expedite

your request:

Analyzer Serial Number (SN) in the filename of the download, e.g.,

Diagnostic Data Download SN XXXX, where ‘XXXX’ is the serial

number.

•

Mode 6
