12.1.17.23 Distribute-list Configuration
To filter route updates from a particular BGP neighbor, use the following command.

Sets distribute-list for filtering route updates form a
particular BGP neighbor.
A.B.C.D: BGP neighbor IP address
X:X::X:X: BGP neighbor IPv6 address
WORD: BGP peer group
1-199: IP access-list number
1300-2699: IP access-list number (expanded-range)
WORD: access-list name
no neighbor { A.B.C.D | X:X::X:X |
WORD } distribute-list { <1-199> |
<1300-2699> | WORD } { in | out }
Deletes the configured entry.
Use only one distribute-list per BGP neighbor.
12.1.17.24 Capability Negotiation
This command is used to allow compatibility with older BGP versions that have no capa-
bility parameters used in open messages between peers. The capability negotiation is
performed by default.
To disable capability negotiation, use the following command.
