3. To remove the bulb from the lens turn
the bulb 1/4 turn counter-clockwise and
pull straight out. Photo ES-30

Removing the Starter Motor
1. Disconnect the wiring from the battery
and remove from the vehicle.
2. Locate the starter motor at the front of
the engine directly behind the firewall
and disconnect the wiring. Remove the
2 bolts securing it to the starter mount -
ing bracket. Photo ES-31
3. Grab the unfastened starter from below
and navigate it through the lower part
of the vehicle to the driver clutch area.
The starter can be removed through an
open area by the driver clutch.
