12. Take to the arbor press and push the cam onto the shaft while turning the movable

face counter clockwise 120 degrees, or one cam notch past the first cam shoe . Once

past the cam shoe, press completely down until the retaining ring groove in the fixed

pulley is visible.

10. There are 3 holes within the movable face pulley, one of which is drilled bigger to

accept the other end of the spring.

11. Install the cam and spring to the fixed face shaft, lining up the other end of the cam

spring with the hole in the movable face. At the same time, align the key on the fixed

shaft with the key way of the cam.
