16.  Remove the inner retaining ring.  

Photo ST-11

17.  Remove the master cylinder. This is secured by 2 bolts and locknuts.

19.  The oilite bushings have been LOCTITED and press fitted into all parts of the assembly 

and may be removed and replaced if necessary. 

There are 4 spacers used between master cylinder and throttle/brake supports.

18.  The gas pedal may be slipped from the throttle/brake supports after removing the cotter 

pin and spacer securing the one end.

There are 3 spacers installed between the 

throttle/brake  support  and  the  gas  pedal 

linkage
