17. Connect the temperature gauge sensor wire (Pink/red stripe), and the temperature

warning light wire (red/white stripe)

18. Tie-wrap all wiring as necessary to keep away from any hot or moving components.

Installing The Hydrostatic Pump Drive Belt

19. Before installing the Poly Chain belt between pump and engine, make sure that the

pump has been pried towards the engine.

20. Slip the poly chain belt over the hydrostatic pump’s belt sprocket and the sprocket of

the engine.

21. Adjust the belt by prying the pump away from the engine and torque down both bolts

of the bridge blocks. Tension the belt so that 6lbs. of force causes a deflection of .21”

at a point midway between the 2 pulleys.

*Use a fish scale to measure force.
