Problems with Express Setup 

The system partition is created by size smaller than specified value. 

→

 

In ExpressSetup, there are some cases that the system partition is created by size about 8MB smaller than 

specified size. 

It is not a problem in operating the system. 

 

Following message appeared when you tried to install Express Setup to the hard disk drive that has smaller capacity 

than the specified partition size: 

The creating of the partition was failed. 
The process can not be continued. The process was stopped.

Cannot continue the setup. 

Specify smaller partition size than the capacity of connected hard disk drive, and then retry the setup. 

 

Specified to join the Domain, but the system is installed as Workgroup. 

→

 

When the setup fails to join the Domain during the installation, it will install the system as Workgroup. Open 

[System] in Control Panel to specify joining the Domain. 

 

Unable to specify the details of Network adapter. 

→

 

In Express Setup, you can not specify the details of Network adapter. Specify them from Control Panel after 

starting Windows. 

Following message appeared when you tried to install: 

 
Windows Server 2008 by Express Setup using RAID Controller. 
Windows cannot find a system volume that meets requirements for installation

Or, see "Creating new RAID using RAID Controller (Page 5-68)" to configure RAID by 

EXPRESSBUILDER beforehand, and perform Express Setup. 
In this case, select [Skip the logical drive creation] at [Enter RAID settings] (Step 4) screen of Express Setup.
