V ent H ose Rep lacement
Removal
The fuel tank is vented through the fuel fill fitting and fuel
ca p.
L oosen the two hose cl amps and remove the vent hose
from the elbow at the fuel tank. Remove the cl amps from
the vent hose.
L oosen the two hose cl amps and remove the vent hose
from the fuel fill fitting. Remove the clamps from the vent
hose. P ull the vent hose from under the deck slowly until
it is co mpletely free.
Installation
Route the vent hose under the dec k until it reach es the
elbow on the fuel tank. S ecu re the vent hose to the tank
elbow with two hose cl amps.
Attach the other end of the vent hose to the fuel fill fitting
and secu re with two hose cl amps.
Check your work carefully. F uel leaks can lead to
re or e plosion.
