In- Deck Storage with Pump O ut
This boat has five ( ) deep insulated storage
co mpartments for eq uipment. There are two
co mpartments to port, two to starboard, and one ( 1 ) in
the forward deck.
The boxes have gaske ted lids and
draw latch es for a more secu re seal.
In the event of water intrusion, these co mpartments
utilize an elect rica l pump system to disch arge water
overboard by way of thru hull fittings port and starboard.
The co ck pit disch arge pumps are loca ted in the bilge
and ca n be acce ssed through the hatch in the aft co ckp it
deck. The forward disch arge pump ca n be acce ssed
through the forward hatch under the bunk cu shion in the
ca bin.
The pumps are independently ac tivated by switch es
on the helm seat switch panel and are protect ed by
breake rs loca ted on the back
of the helm seat. Check
these breakers first and reset if a problem arises with
the pumps failing to act ivate when the switch es are
depressed.
Water from the forward co ckp it co mpartment ( port and
starboard) drains into the aft co mpartments where it is
then discharged through the thru hull fitting.
