Maintenance
To clean the pump strainer, depress the lock tabs on
both sides of the pump and lift the pump motor.
If water does not come out of the discharge hose:
Remove the motor module to see if the impeller
rotates with the power on.
Remove any debris that may have accumulated in
the impeller section or strainer base.
Check hose and connection on hull side for debris
and proper connections.
F loat Switches
requently inspect the area under the oat switches to
ensure they are free from debris and bilge oil.
To clean:
Soak in heavy duty bilge cleaner for minutes,
agitating several times.
Check for unrestricted operation of the oat.
Repeat the cleaning procedure if necessary.
Rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
