and constantly rises and lowers the voltage. Eventually stabile voltage may be found but next tap change request will cause
similar fluctuation.

with one tap change. However, the voltage after tap change is very near to opposite limit. If voltage changes back to original
value tap change is needed again. This may cause excessive amount of tap operations and the network voltage quality is not
signi cantly improved.
