When the external buffer timing (

EBUFE = 1

in the SDRAM Memory

Global Control register) and/or CAS latency of 3 (

Memory Global Control register) is used, all accesses take one extra cycle
for each feature selected. Accesses that hit in the Read Buffer follow these
rules:

If either

EBUFE = 1

CL = 11

• For N = 12 to 0, N half word hit: 8 words/(22 – N) cycles
