Let’s quickly check the major ADP components. On the
SonUtils
command line (small,
white area at bottom of screen), type in the word
TEST
and then press
<Enter>
. Depending
on the options installed in your system, you should see a display similar to the following.

Now we will run a short deployment to ensure the transmit and receive circuitry is function-
ing. First, we need to enter some parameters to tell the ADP how long to
(i.e., how fast
to collect and display data). Note that the parameters we are about to enter are not typical
parameters; we are only using them to quickly test the system. Enter the following four pa-
rameters (press
<Enter>
after each entry; upper, lower, or mixed case letters can be used).
