b. Unscrew the column fitting from the column, and then disconnect
the column-outlet tubing from the column.
10. Depending on the position of the column tubing that you are removing,
do one of these things:
a. If you are removing the column tubing from position 1, 2, 3, or 4,
unclip the tubing guides on the left and right-hand sides of the
column compartment, and remove the tubing.
b. If you are removing the column tubing from position 5, 6, 7, or 8,
unclip the tubing guides on the right-hand side of the column
compartment, and remove the tubing.
