Note:
When monitoring plots in the instrument console, the “Waste” valve
position, when selected, will appear as “-1”, the “Bypass” valve position will
appear as “-2”, and in multi-column manager systems, “None” will appear as
“-5”.
The following tables list the items in the CM-30S control panel.
Modifiable CM-30S control panel items:
Control panel item Description
Column selection When running in column selection
mode, this displays the current
program-selected column. This item
does not appear when running in
advanced mode.
Temperature Displays the current column
compartment temperature and set
point.
Non-modifiable CM-30S control panel items:
Control panel item Description
Column manager serial number Displays the serial number, in
brackets, of a second column
manager in the system. To edit the
instrument name that is displayed
here, double-click it in the
instrument console system tree and
type a new name.
Status Indicates the current operation. The
status is blank when the module is
idle. Error status displays errors
generated by the module or software
(appears only if an error occurred
while the CM-30S is running.). For
information on resolving error
messages, see the online Help.
Run LED Displays status of the run state
(Initializing, Idle/Ready, Running) of
the CM-30S.
