6. Using the T20 TORX driver, loosen the two captive screws that secure 

the tubing-retainer plate, and then carefully remove the plate.

Warning: 

To avoid spills, do not remove the valves' drip tray when 

removing the passive-preheater tubing. All drip trays must remain 

in place during the CM-30S's operation and maintenance.
