3 Maintaining the 30-cm single-zone column manager

10. Using the T20 TORX driver, remove the two screws that secure the

passive preheater in place, and then remove the preheater.

To install the new passive-preheater assembly:

1. Install the new passive preheater, and use the T20 TORX driver to

secure it in place with the two screws.

2. Use the torque driver to tighten each screw to 16 inch-pounds of torque.

3. If you are replacing the passive preheater in position 1, 2, 3, or 4, route

the passive-preheater tubing above the upper tubing guide post and

then below the lower tubing guide post adjacent to the left-hand column

plate.
