15. Select the “Scan List” tab.
16. Click the [
] button to move the DeviceNet
™
Fieldbus Controller (750-
806) from the “Available Devices” window on the left side to the “Scan
List” window.
17. Click the “Edit I/O Parameters...” button.
18. Activate the Poll function by selecting the “Polled” check box.
You can now enter the “Polled Produced Data length” and “Polled
Consumed Data length”.
19. Enter 6 bytes in the “Input Size” dialog box.
These are receiving bytes for the inputs.
20. Enter 4 bytes for the PFC input variables in the “Output Size” dialog box.
The number of bytes results from the following definitions in the dynamic
assembly for the outputs. It is defined that only the PFC input variables and
no physical outputs should be described by the master.
21. Then click the
[OK]
button to apply the parameters.
A window appears noting that some input/output data are not mapped.
22. Click
[Yes]
to confirm the prompt that you want to continue.
23. Select the “Input” tab in the “1769-SDN Scanner Module” dialog window.
24. Now click the “Automap” button to display the mapping.
All bits are mapped as digital inputs.
