Basic mode gain adjustment

Overview
7.6.1
When adopting basic mode gain adjustment, the user can adjust parameters such as position loop proportional gain,
velocity loop proportional gain, velocity loop integration time constant and torque command low pass filter cutoff frequency
respectively to complete the adjustment of system response characteristics.
