Description:
In automatic setting mode, interface encoder single-turn resolution = actual encoder single-turn resolution.
When the interface encoder's multi-turn bits (0x2017) does not meet the requirements, manual mode can be used. At this
time, the single-turn resolution of the interface encoder is determined by this parameter.
Only applicable to absolute encoder, incremental encoder is invalid.
The single-turn bit (0x2016) of the interface encoder is determined by the feedback purpose of the encoder in the general
setting parameters of the encoder (0x2014 and 0x2015).
