Assign a IFB to the Keypanel
Once you have assigned ports that can talk or listen to the party line, you can assign it to a keypanel so that users
are able to access the party line.
To assign a party line to the keypanel, do the following:
1. Click the KP button.
The Keypanel / Port screen appears.
2. Right-click a Talk (or Listen) combo box.
A popup menu appears.
3. Select Change Assignment.
The Select Key Assignment screen appears.
4. From the Key Type List, select IFBs.
All ports assigned to IFBs appear in the right pane.
5. From the IFB port list, select the IFB you want to assign to the keypanel,
6. Click OK.
The IFB alpha appears in the keypanel display field.
Note: Remember; SEND all your changes to the Intercom System before closing the application.
If the changes are not sent they are not saved to the intercom system.
