Note: You must select All Setup Pages, and then deselect All Setup Pages to activate the Individual
Key Settings check boxes.
12. Select All Setup Pages.
All Setup Pages are selected, as well as Individual Key Settings and All Keys are selected.
13. Deselect All Setup Pages.
All Setup Pages are deselected, however, Individual Key Settings and All Keys stays selected.
14. Select All Ports.
All Ports are selected.
15. Under Individual Key Settings, deselect all check boxes, except the Talk Key Restrictions and Listen Key
Restrictions.
16. Under Copy Setup Pages, deselect all check boxes except for the page you are configuring (for example
Page 2 to…).
17. Click Paste.
It may take a few moments to copy the listen key settings for all intercom ports. Once complete, the Paste
Special screen closes.
18. Repeat steps 9 through 16 for all pages.
Once you are finished, AF is assigned on all setup pages at all intercom ports.
Hints:
• You can save a setup file where you have only configured the AF settings. When you want to create a new
setup file, open the AF setup file and use Save As to save the file under a new name. Add your other
configuration settings, such as talk key assignments, party lines, etc.
• To add AF assignments to the ONLINE configuration, SAVE the ONLINE configuration to disk, and then open it
in FILE mode. Add the AF assignments as described. Resave the file. Connect to the intercom system and use
Send File to update the intercom system.
