General Keypanel Setup
To setup a keypanel do the following:
1. On the Keypanel / Ports screen, select the intercom port you want to setup.
Use either of the following methods:
In the Port text box, enter the intercom port number, and then press Enter.
OR
From the Alpha drop down list, select the port alpha.
Note: If all key assignments are disabled (grayed out) on the selected intercom port and "Trunk
Port" displays at the top of the screen, this means the port is reserved for trunking and cannot be
used for any other purpose. To reclaim the port, you must run CSTrunk and remove the trunking
allocation.
2. Click Edit.
The Keypanel / Port Configuration Setup screen appears.
3. Verify or make the necessary changes to the Setup screen.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
The Advanced screen appears.
5. Verify or make the necessary changes to the Advanced screen.
Note: While editing the Setup or Advanced settings you can click Apply at any time to enter your
changes without closing the screen.
6. Click OK to save the changes made. Otherwise click Cancel.
The Keypanel / Port Configuration screen closes.
