Telex Communications

• You can assign a key by position the cursor in the key assignment text box and then entering the name. Be
aware, if there are duplicate alphas in the system, the key may take on the wrong assignment.
• After a talk key is assigned, you will notice a new key assignment text box activates under the talk key (except
the KP-32 in View by Panel Type mode). This can be used as a second key assignment that will activate along
with the first key assignment. This is referred to as a level 2 talk key.
If more than two talk levels are defined in the intercom configuration (or if you are working with KP-32 in View by
Panel Type mode) you will also see a scroll arrow at the right side of the screen. Use this scroll arrow to select
which talk levels you want to view.
