Cannot power
on the terminal
Check if the battery is not run out.

Screen is
frozen, or the
power cannot
be turned off
When the screen freezes or the
power cannot be turned off, press
and hold the power key and the
volume up key at the same time for
at least 10 seconds, wait until the
terminal vibrates once and then 3
times consecutively, and then release
your fingers to force stop.
* Note that some data and settings
may be erased due to force-quit
operation.
