Precautions
•
Do not place the terminal on a wireless
charger if it is connected to an adapter,
USB cable A to C, USB host cable, etc.
•
Keep off magnetic cards or magnetic
objects from a wireless charger.
Failure to do so may erase the data in such cash
card, credit card, traffic IC card, etc.
Also, strong magnetic objects may cause a
malfunction of the terminal.
•
Do not get contactless IC cards such as
traffic IC cards close to a wireless
charger or the terminal while wireless
charging.
Doing so may cause damage of the contactless
IC card.

Precautions for nano SIM cards
•
Do not apply unnecessary force to
insert/remove a nano SIM card.
•
Note that DOCOMO assumes no
responsibility for any malfunctions
resulting from inserting a nano SIM card
into another IC card reader/writer and
using it.
•
Clean the IC part occasionally and use it
in a clean state.
If the IC is dirt, it may not be used properly.
•
Clean the terminal with a dry soft cloth
(such as used for cleaning eyeglasses).
•
Back up data saved to your nano SIM
card to a microSD card, PC, cloud, etc., or
note down separately and keep it safely.
NTT DOCOMO is not liable for any loss of data
saved in the terminal.
•
Take an unnecessary nano SIM card to a
sales outlet such as docomo Shop for
proper disposal in order to protect the
environment.
•
Do not carelessly damage, contact, or
short-circuit an IC.
Doing so may cause data loss or malfunction.
•
Do not drop a nano SIM card or subject
it to impact.
Doing so may cause malfunction.
•
Do not bend a nano SIM card or place a
heavy object on it.
Doing so may cause malfunction.
•
Do not insert a nano SIM card with a
label or sticker attached into the
terminal.
