Wrap Mounting Guide around the pipe (Figure 10) and position it against the outside edge of the
second Mounting Track Assembly. Position Mounting Guide so its mark is aligned with the 

top

edge

 of the second Mounting Track Assembly. Tape it in this position on the pipe.

z

Note the opposite side of the pipe and the position of the halfway mark with respect to the
Reference Mounting Track Assembly. This mark will be used to align the second Mounting Track
Assembly.

z

Mark a generous area on the pipe where the second Mounting Track Assembly will be located.

z

Prepare surface of pipe. Smooth irregular surfaces and clean pipe of dirt, grease and rust (see
paragraphs 3.3.2 and 3.3.4).

z

Rotate the second Mounting Track Assembly to the opposite side of the pipe and align the bottom
corner with the halfway mark drawn on the Mounting Guide (Figures 11 and 12).
