Confirm installation is functional by completing flowmeter menu.

Place Mounting Track Cover on Mounting Track Assembly and secure with four screws (Figure
8).
z
Apply a 1/4” bead of couplant down the center of the emitting surface of the transducer (Figure
3).
z
Install transducer into Mounting Track Assembly and align its front edge with the Reference Index
Marker. Mate to pipe and clamp in place (Figures 4 and 6).
z
Repeat installation steps for second transducer and align to the Number Index previously selected
by the flowmeter. Mate to pipe and clamp in place.
z
Release O-Ring gaskets from their seats and allow them to contact the pipe by pushing the
corners down with a screwdriver. Wipe away any excess couplant (Figure 7).
